Emerald Hotel & Restaurant offers excellent services and a magnificent location, conveniently situated near the docks and the Palace. During my one-night stay, I enjoyed dining at the restaurant located on the ground floor. the venue is also very close to the capital city and the town center, making it easy to explore. I had a lovely experience.

We had the king room and it was brand-new and complete with waterfront views, balcony, as example. The location in a commercial area was great and easy. The airport was 30 minutes' drive away:)))

the place was lovely and had wonderful staff with the reception desk and room attendants too, appreciated the stay. i was here for 7 nights and ate at attached restaurant at the ground floor. an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware worked well. location: the hotel was near hearest cafe for a proper breakfast and the city centre.

The place was absolutely great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. the location in a business area was magnificent, with a flea market and all the major shops nearby. Plus, the distance to the airport was just 25 km.

The deluxe twin room was tidy and cool, providing a very comfy bed for a great night's sleep. the staff were absolutely excellent, making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. the complimentary wake-up service and free ironing added to the overall convenience. the hotel has a central location, perfect for exploring everything the town has to offer!

The location of this hotel was perfect, right on the beachfront, close to the center of town, and had great ocean views. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and clean bathrooms. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing great service whenever needed. Plus, the restaurant downstairs had good food.

This hotel needs to improve its smoking policy, as guests have complained about the smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Fiona and her team at the front desk. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room every day. The location is also great, with convenient walking distance to the town center. The WIFI was reliable and fast, perfect for staying connected. We would definitely book here again for our next stay!

I was amazed by the stunning location of Emerald Hotel & Restaurant. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise over the beach was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area and have easy access to everything. The sea facing rooms added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.

Although the WiFi connection was slow and there was no TV satellite connection, these were minor inconveniences that didn't detract from my overall experience. The air conditioning was not working, but I understood that it was due to the recent volcanic eruption and it didn't bother me.

Staying in this hotel was perfect for me. I loved waking up to the stunning ocean views from my waterfront room. The hotel facilities were obviously well-maintained as both my room and the hotel was always spotless. Breakfast was a delight, served with fresh fruit and drinks.
